Collaborative effort of Nezar AlSayyad and the UPM Design Unit of Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

A site plan in the form of a crescent. Hotel services separated from rooms and entertainment spaces placed on hilltop with bus station, heliport and commercial area.
A 50-room hotel, a 10-room motel and 80 two-bedroom long stay units. Central facilities include a cafeteria, restaurant, casino, grocery shop, police and fire unit, bus station, heliport and administrative offices.
