An eight-unit residential block (150 square meters each) with a penthouse unit (300 square meters) on the top floor.
To maximize the corner lot, all windows open to the streets, thereby providing the appropriate climatic orientation of North-East and North-West. The windows of some of the bedrooms and of the service rooms (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) face the L-shaped courtyard.
