Nezar AlSayyad, as a principal was in charge of entire project including preliminary concept, working drawings, project management and construction supervision.
A duplex residential block with two units (each totaling 300 square meters) with three bedrooms each.

Lot surrounded by two large residential blocks on east and west which dictated a North-South orientation for the building with window opening only to those directions of street and backyard. Internal organization of unit is based on a split level with lower part for living and upper part for sleeping.
