This blog is to document the adventure taken by Nezar AlSayyad & Amir Gohar towards working on AlSayyad’s book about the Nile.
It aims to capture pictures and some reflections on different cities starting from the Nile Source to its Delta. The fieldwork started on 4th of January 2014 and is ongoing.
It is a combination of exploration and looking at the Nile from the angel of its interaction with the surrounding settlements and how both shaped each other in a way or another.
